Heads up: this isn't a 24/7 NOC or round-the-clock MSP tickets. Packs and one-time setups are checklists or scoped work in your accounts. Recurring plans watch whatever we agree to watch — nobody's staring at a screen all night.

You have a shop PC, Pi, or NVR/PC you can install Tailscale on, and you're ready to run the steps yourself.

I wire the one-pager and the Healthchecks dead-man alert with you, and we prove it works, once.
You want the shout working this week, not another PDF that never gets opened, and you'll keep the accounts.

Status page in a day · $299
Your first monitors live, plus a branded status page people can check without calling you.
You already know what should be up. You just need the first ten checks and a status URL — not a six-week project.

Site Guard · $39 / $79 mo
Ongoing watch on whatever checks we agree to, with a shout when one goes down. Coming soon — join the waitlist until it's live.
For when your pack or status page is already set up and you want ongoing alerts without hiring a NOC.

Not included: 24/7 phone on-call, incident response labor, or fixing the box for you.
Disk / box-full watch · $29 mo
An alert when your always-on box (or a volume you name) is running out of disk.
For anyone who's been burned by "disk full" masquerading as a network outage.
May fold into Site Guard as an add-on once that's live. Doesn't include cleaning the disk for you.
Hands-on weeks & keep-alive
Access Week · $1,500-$2,500
One week in your accounts — Tailscale, access, and the always-on path finished, with a short map and a Friday walkthrough.
DIY hasn't gotten you there, and you want me to wire up reachability and hand you the keys when I leave.
Keep-alive is optional afterward. No unlimited scope, no MSP per-seat pricing, and no keys held hostage.

Camera path week · ~$2,000
Your cameras or NVR, reachable without port-forward spaghetti, on a box you admin.
Your shop or site cams matter, and DIY Tailscale plus subnet routing just isn't sticking. Related: Remote access without port forwarding.
Hardware pass-through billed at cost if needed (called out in the quote). Not a cloud-only Ring product.
Keep-alive light · $200/mo
A light monthly touch: tokens, certs, small drift, and a short "what changed" note. Not a NOC.
For after the week or break-glass job is done, when you want someone who already knows your setup on a short leash.
Month-to-month. Not 24/7, not unlimited tickets.
